@Asia Jones What would concern me is your tenant may turn into a squatter come time of settlement.

Now the girl has issued a law notice against me for the slip and fall settlement!

I have also heard of doing it through the settlement/closing agent with a deed of trust, however, I am not exactly sure how this works.
