Hi Michael - You are correct that there are investors who embrace wearing a real estate agent hat as well as those who have a less positive opinion about it. 

This is what I believe will happen whether or not either industry embraces it..If someone makes an estimate of value and can back it up with irrefutable hard data there will be no defense against the argument however the data and or analysis was obtained.1 The MLS data bases are the best and most reliable sources of data so far- who owns it?

On the other side of the spectrum, Colorado Springs -- just an hour south -- has embraced short-term rentals and Airbnb and has said they do not plan on turning back.

The plan is to transition from my current day job to a job as an agent and to be able to work with a team under a broker who embraces investors and investing.Now from what you have wrote it seems like you will be looking for seasoned agents but thought I would introduce myself anyways.

If anything, embrace it!

I would generalize to say that banks are not designed to embrace the BRRRR strategy.
