Hello BP Community,

My name is Kristian James and I am a new Wholesaler in the California Area.  My business partner and I are very hungry, and excited to start this new chapter in our lives.  Our goal right now is to knock out our first deal and then move from part time to full time scaling our system into a sustainable business.  I have two beautiful children and one on the way; my goal is to be able to leave my job by the time my new baby is here.  So I am open to any sound advice anyone might have, and I look forward to networking with you guys.  Also I'm currently listening to Sean Terry, and Tom Krol, and they are amazing.
