Hi All,

I've been a realtor for about 11 years and earned my brokers license at the beginning of last year. I have decided to start bringing in agents and building a brokerage. 

I am going to gear it towards investors that also have their license, and specifically those who also buy investment properties for their own use. Starting off, we will be a small brokerage, so this will be geared towards those who are self-motivated and for those are looking to build their own real estate portfolios or flip properties. 

This will also be a great way to connect with other real estate professionals, network, collaborate, etc. all while saving on transaction fees.

Compensation Plan (Personal Use)

70/30 commission split on the purchase

$500 listing fee on the sale

Compensation Plan (General Buyer/Seller Rep)

70/30 buyer agent commission split

70% selling agent commission split

*Agents responsible for their own advertising
