@Paul Zofsak They are really helpful if you plan on spending a lot of money in the store.Two biggest things: 1) in-store scratch and dent on appliances2) they will check their available markdowns to see if they can give you a better price on things like flooring, fixtures, and tools (really anything in the store, but I wanted to call out things that I thought might be particularly relevant to you).

Come to think of it there is a house on that block that they have tried to sell several times but couldn't that might be a good candidate for a lease option, not sure if that is your cup of tea or not but an option.
