Lot 4 is a 12x70, 1976 Champion with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath & rents for $400 a month.

Looking for some advise on how to convert a residential house into an assisted living property.The house is in League City, TX, and currently a 4 bedroom 3 bath house on a 1 acre lot, built in 1970. 

He is a keystones of the community and plays in leagues and on club teams (and just won a world championship)!

A break down or repair would be out of my league though so will for sure need a pro.  

I ended up loving it so much, that I continued through the entire series of classes and joined their Rec League.

It is about large investment groups paying off politicians(who get say claim they are champions of the poor) and results in amalgamation of wealth and control.Maybe I am jaded and pessimistic here, but I doubt I'm wrong.

I honestly think that the average investor on this forum has a far greater understanding of the basic economy than all these Ivy League morons that really run things.....

Hello, While majority of the people on BP are always championing cash flow, I beg to differ the strategy while thinking long term.
