@Mark Schneider at the risk of sounding like a know-it-all or being accused of being biased, you should be looking to find an agent AND a Property Management Company (PMC).They should work together to find an acquisition project where the PMC can manage the renovations, building and tenants for you.Asking an agent, or any specific person, to do ALL that is a recipe for disaster!
