I rent the adjacent townhome on Airbnb, and only allow 2 vehicles there.All the huge vehicles on the street make it difficult to maneuver, and the optics look trashy on an otherwise upscale(ish) street.... ie one truck has had an old washing machine in it for 5 months.

@Amy Hietala I would Investment $100K in two syndications with a track record syndicator as a passive investor on a value add Multifamiy property where I can get a 7 to 8 percent preferred return every quarter and also get a minus K1 at the end of the year from both properties and wash of my other taxes since I have passive passive income.
