How tight and unpleasant are some of the spaces the electrician needs to work in?

Now days for $5,000 it's possible to have these people out of your life forever.I could give you details because the statute of limitations on those "evictions" has expired, but I suggest at the least you start writing a history of your experiences to your state reps and try to get them to amend the statutes, and if they don't act, at least arrange for some unwanted press.

Also nice being able to keep an eye on packages and any unwanted visitor activity, the latter of which you get much less of because of the deterrence effect of the cameras themselves. 

I keep getting tons of daily unwanted solicitation calls from Lenders who tell me they got my number from Rent to Retirement.

I agree with that, in addition to making the market, (for whatever reason) the bulk of the population in some areas seem to have very little value for a decent well kept up house.Letting their neighborhoods (and the interiors of the houses) fall into complete disrepair.When investors go in they tend to bring the houses up to a minimum living standard for a poor person, and also up to some some pretty nice features, LVP, new cabinets, fresh carpet, etc...Guy's like James Wise and the 60 people who rely on him for their payroll every week make their daily bread from these investors.To me he seems honest and straight forward, I cannot see why anyone would put him or his company down.Plus he can take some pretty unpleasant things and make videos about them that are informative and entertaining, and in some of the areas where packing a "shootin' iron" seems like a good thing to do.Just my 2 cents.

It was a very unpleasant experience, the guy I worked with on my deal, told me all kind of lies.

Have a policy I'm happy with on Rental #1, but after an unpleasant interaction with a "sales professional" from that company for Rental #2, I'm now shopping for both the new property and the existing. 

Detroit is a beast and I have had some unpleasant experiences, but persistence is something I can do.

I am trying to learn about Tax Deed Sales (in California) and so far I have learned how to find out about the property through county and city clerk records, zillow, double check the parcel # to make sure its not a property line or unwanted slice of land, do a drive by, come up with an idea of what the max bid would be, and I am aware of the 1 year right for the owner to redeem the property (in California).
