Definitely would recommend you do an environmental inspection to uncover stuff like mold, take a look at the roof, and see how old your water heater / furnace are.

I am finding many others in tbis same nightmare and they are saying it’s an “as is home”#homepartners and #pathlightpropertymanagement it’s just frustrating they wouldn’t let me be there for the inspection or these issues would have most likely been uncovered!!

I’d rent, refinance out 150k, and repeat just like brrrr says to.You can use private money or hard money lenders if you need more capital.Even family members will want to get in on the action once they see you have a successful model.Lexington looks so nice I want to buy something there.

I found a home that is priced at $285K in a really high end neighborhood (like I felt out of place driving through there it was so nice) and another home of similar size just down the road is listed at $695K.
