Definitely would recommend you do an environmental inspection to uncover stuff like mold, take a look at the roof, and see how old your water heater / furnace are.

I am finding many others in tbis same nightmare and they are saying it’s an “as is home”#homepartners and #pathlightpropertymanagement it’s just frustrating they wouldn’t let me be there for the inspection or these issues would have most likely been uncovered!!

If the county had determined that it couldn't be renovated and lived in, just curious if there any public records of it being condemned that the title company should have uncovered?

I found a home that is priced at $285K in a really high end neighborhood (like I felt out of place driving through there it was so nice) and another home of similar size just down the road is listed at $695K.

But it's so nice to get a 9k Christmas week booking in July...That said, my booty is always puckered on checkout day for the big cabins wondering what sort of mess the guests left.

The next ring is not so nice.
