I met through an agent, an investor that his pdf presents him as a huge player. he has deals for over 2b all over the world. yet his online presence is close to nothing. both as a person and a company. is this real?

I understand this is straying into the territory of discount rate, but I think that the WACC formula itself puts the investor in the right mindset of being aware of the cost of debt and the opportunity cost of any cash spent on the deal. 

After looking up my PM company online, I can't see much, and the social media presence shows that the company is more of a parking lot repair/build type of company.

The offline and social are often overlooked but powered together they really help compliment your online OTA presence

Actually, I can't say that, I am still surprised that the Real Estate market here in Toledo, OH is maintaining a strong and healthy presence. 

They have no presence outside of this page.  

They are coming back with the electricians, contractor and company lawyer etc on later in October to investigate further in their presence.
