@Joseph Shilen our local investors meeting is Wednesday June 14, 6-9p at the Dome in Tonawanda. 

Based on the property's specifications (3000 sqft, 4 bed, 3 bath, with a 35,000-gallon pool and stunning 270-degree mountain views), the Airbnb estimator provided a rate of $485 per night with an estimated occupancy rate of 16 nights per month.While these numbers look promising, I'm aware that they are just estimates, and the actual results may vary.

Replace light fixtures: I had him replace 7 light fixtures with home depot builders grade domes. he picked them up form hardware store and installed.

Maybe bio dome glamping.

I'm sure I can put some sort of verbiage in the contract but that won't do me much good if they can't pay.2.

I imagine a dome would, and maybe the deck on which a tent sits, but I doubt a tent would. 

On the Student loan thing I think its 10k per student so its not exactly paying for college  but in the total dollars are stunning and I can see how others dont like it.. 

Another relatively inexpensive way to get into the game if you own some land is to purchase low cost accommodation alternatives such as glamping tents, or geodesic domes.
