Other analysis you can do is analyzing your cash flow, passive appreciation and principal recapture to see the total picture on your ROI.Once you do the analysis, you may find putting money into maintenance may or may not be worth holding the property.

If there is a way to create a solid master bathroom while implementing another en suite with some kind of bathroom variation, I think that would be what I would do.

For the past 10 months, I’ve been doing a BRRRR house hack with my multifamily, running a mid-term rental on the second floor.I’m looking to scale up soon as I’m wrapping up the last few renovations in my unit and will be handing the keys to a lucky tenant (MTR or LTR).
