Doesn't mean there's no deal there my friend, just need more details to know what can be done.If a seller is in distress or needs to relocate or simply 'don't want' the property anymore but the mortgage balance is too high, there are strategies for properties to be profitable.For example a sandwich lease option ala Carlton Sheets...where you have a lease agreement where you agree to directly pay the mortgage, taxes and insurance, maintenance and upkeep with a purchase price and the lease is for XX years.
