sub too wrap lease option etc.. is a fine method but in my mind only to be used by very financially capable folks.. not folks that are trying to get rich on OPM and no credit.. and in some states the persona with the lease option can hole up and judge may make the lessee do a foreclosure giving the lessor a right to cure..

I have decided not to pursue conventional higher education (i.e. college or tradeschool) I have no aversion to hard work but would rather utilize my blood sweat and tears to make myself money, not somebody else.I am fully aware real estate is not a get rich quick scheme so I'm coming to the forums to ask for any advice on what vehicle of real estate investing I should pursue...

.”~ Ronnie ColemanKinda like Real Estate....everyone wants to be financially independent or rich, but not everyone wants to put in the time or maintain that singular determination required to not let anything get in the way of accomplishing that goal.

The bottom line for me is that you will not get rich on $200 per month.

It should not be viewed as a get rich quick scheme, it is not.
