While DC is one of the most expensive markets in nominal value, somewhere between 3rd and 5th most expensive depending what list you look at...when measured against the areas income, it is actually quite affordable compared to the top 10 or 15 or so cities.  

Earn 1.3% interest many have no min balance.

Make sure you are able to make changes to the listing after it has been posted for a nominal fee.3.

Unfortunately, In September 2016 this owner nominated herself as HOA president and was voted in.    

@Stephen Watt, first, and in full disclosure, I'm on the board for the NSDREI.I having attended the local San Diego clubs for several years and the nominal $20.00 fee to attend is used to pay for the venue and to run the club.

Hell I'm even willing to offer up this deal for free the first time just get some street cred so to speak and prove to them that I can do future deals with the above nominal profit sharing.  

That fee could be nominal, say $20 or it could be a few hundred bucks because all state "fees" are taxes in actual fact.
