@Brooklyn Au OK so you just confirmed that you're a professional tenant milking the fact that they're a protected class and filing frivolous lawsuits.

Anything you have to prove you tried to show the place and didnt just try to milk it because they were on the hook.If you can prove that you tried to rent it, that they didnt pay, and you can prove the damages, go ahead and take them to court.

I wasn't even looking for 100% financing they milked the deal until it was unprofitable.
