I hear it can be a lengthy process to transfer a property that is currently under your personal name to an LLC.

I know this is lengthy, but I can go on and on with examples of this irrational behavior. 

If you have to sue, it will probably be expensive and lengthy, but every day you delay is more cash flowing in the wrong direction, so time is of the essence.
