Are there any tips on how to make my listing appealing to Oxford House or other recovery housing networks?

I've come across quite a few deals but haven't investigated since I don't currently own anything that is out of the area.

Last week, we had an issue with the plumbing in a home we sold.The buyers moved in, used the water, and some areas of the home started flooding.We sent vendors out that same day to investigate and fix the issue.

Any tips for others looking to maximize their investment during rehab?
