First BRRRR at 20 years old doing 7 figures in SFR REI

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $315,000
Cash invested: $85,000

First investment property, property pays for itself and then some. I bought this property with my business partner at 20 years old
