This is not something you will understand without physically being in the neighborhood.

The second problem is that rental houses quickly physically depreciate with renters and have more maintenance issues than an average apartment.  

I will definitely be researching more on the subject to look to incorporating that into my investing. 

We are both physical therapists and we do not find it wise to have 100% of our income be reliant on being physically able to work (disability insurance can only provide so much comfort).

So for an individual, it would be something like "John Doe, an adult, who resides at _______________________" For LLCs, it would look like "Blah LLC, a _____________ (State of Incorporation) Limited Liability Company, with a registered office at _______________". 

I just recently received some advice on how to structure my incorporation.  

We could use a little physical help (not financial) finishing this home and are happy to return the favor with a lot of help on your current or next project in the area. 

You will manage your physical plant (the property itself) and also the Human Resources (the tenants).

If not, how do i incorporate it into my offer?
