As a friendly reminder, there will always be a risk predicting the next hot spot.

@Agyei Axum Search any of those cities on ZTR (Zillow Trulia Redfin) and you’ll see the hot spots in those areas. 

@Cale Jacobsen IDK if I would call it a hotspot for STR but there are definitely some that way more so around Nolin Lake.

The west coast just isn't the hot spot for cash flow.

I think if I could do it over again I'd have brought someone in to at least try and narrow down potential hot spots.

My posts are to help those who may know little to nothing about the make up of Atlanta or and to provide them with what I believe the hot spots are.

I'm a believer that the West King Street area is the next hot spot.

Any Bay Area “hot” spots you’d suggest I focus on?
