Hey all ,

What are some of your favorite markets in Maryland? I'm looking to house hack or Brrrr in either SE/NE DC or somewhere in PG County or Montgomery County. I know DC pretty well, born and raised...but MD not so much.

I have a couple cities in mind but want to hear your thoughts.

Thanks,

I’m a PG County native and very familiar with DC as well. Unfortunately, breaking in DC is tough these days but here are a few cities to start in PG: Landover, Capitol Heights, District Heights, Upper Marlboro, and Oxon Hill/Ft Washington. @Agyei Axum Search any of those cities on ZTR (Zillow Trulia Redfin) and you’ll see the hot spots in those areas.
