The ceiling register is actually missing on this foreclosure, so I was going to replace with white grille.

There is a brand new World of Beer, Show-Me's Bar/Grille, at least 3 new hotels (maybe 1 new, 2 reno?).

I really don't mind people pitching their products or services, but there needs to be some good value given beforehand.Jet Lending is having their monthly investors meeting tonight at the Texans Grill. 

I have been hosting a meetup in Marquette MI every third Tuesday of the month at 6 pm at the Washington St Border Grill. 

, grill, grill tools, throw blankets, throw pillows, board games….to name a few.

That's about $100 just to grill. add to that, no one grills enough to use the whole propane tank.

It is challenging but we committed to going there every 4-6 weeks and having a great team on the ground ( will cost you some extra money) but they are the difference in having issueswe have one of the best cleaners in the area and our guy that cleans the grills does all my light maintenance and guest interaction if I need it(pets, too many guests etc.)3-4 hours would be a dream and you can definitely do it but you have to commit to going there every 4-5/6 weeks In my opinion because there will be things you need to address or upkeep- this is obviously only if you decide to self manage. 

Is that the burners under a BBQ grill?
