It has a pool, multiple bbq grills, a gym, a lounge with pool table, shuffle board, and 4 TV's (great for hosting friends and family), and a top of the line coffee machine that saves us $6-7 per day.

Currently we provide snacks and coffee, grill, and property has an outdoor shower. 

Also leaves me a few meals to cook myself or grill out because i enjoy doing that occasionally.For those in Southern Indiana or Louisville check out “Bite Meals” and “MacroMan”.

If you want to turn it into an amenity, you could add picnic benches and barbecue grills.

Another idea is possibly just prorating the "lost days".Overall, just being mindful that the tenants are dealing with an inconvenience and could very well be out a good amount of food as well due to spoilage goes a long way (could be time to grill out :) Hope that helps!!!

The tenant must of had their grill too close to the house.

We must then figure out if the payout came as a grill fee or a pool heating fee.

The ceiling register is actually missing on this foreclosure, so I was going to replace with white grille.

There is a brand new World of Beer, Show-Me's Bar/Grille, at least 3 new hotels (maybe 1 new, 2 reno?).
