Hello, I new to BiggerPockets and new to the real estate field in general.

I'm young and motivated to get my feet in the wet in the real estate investing field.

So, I'll import all transactions on a daily basis, and in the import window, many of the transactions will auto generate the pertinent fields, and for the rest, I'll go down the line and set a category and class manually. 

As in, if you were a widget maker before, now you're still in the widget industry or a closely related field/industry? 

Or any advise you can give me would help since I'm not an expert in this field, thanks!

I am looking to make connections with experienced people in this field and am thinking about getting my real estate license.

From what I've learned after some reading and from listening to many episodes of the Bigger Pockets podcast, some of the keys to success in my current field - including an eye for location and rehab potential, the creation of "added value" and "competitive advantage" and, more than anything, the ability to build relationships - are important to real estate investing and I'm excited to employ them in this new arena.I'm thrilled to find BP and look forward to getting to know some of you!

I'm not sure about the exporting feature to TT, but I do know that with a QB account, you could potentially set it up in a way in which the your chart of accounts corresponds to the various field on your tax return.
