Hello, I new to BiggerPockets and new to the real estate field in general. Im in desperate need for help. Right now I am looking into a property to rent out Its few steps from University. It has 15 Rooms and multiple bathrooms. The listing is 320,000. I was wondering if this is as good as a deal as Im seeing it as and how exacly I can get a loan for 320k+ to fix couple things, without any money down since I am fairly young (20) years old.
