This client I was offering for was not comfortable with that, but he was going to try and have his inspector, contractor, and himself all see the property on the first showing to speed things up and be ready to have funds in the sellers account in less than two weeks.

The best and fastest way to get your answer is to talk to multiple property tax protest firms, you might be able to fish for your answer or at least you could hire them and they can take care of it for you.

I rent out the rooms.What I’ve learned is having a room w a private bathroom is golden for my tenants they typically come from other roommate situation sharing a bathroom, having a private bathroom they see it as a luxury..Typically when rooms are rent out utilities are included, high speed internet is most important Utility for them..

When someone moves out, the fastest I could turn a unit was in one week, and if everything lined up, I could get a tenant placed in a week.

What Ryan said ,it’s also changing faster than the speed of light.eg Rural north and south around 10th was /is very impoverished but the City has bought at least a dozen properties along Rural primarily south of tenth Re promise zone ,so a lot of really good things happening around here.To make the numbers work now you kinda got to jump Rural where previously you would have to been very adventurous Hope this helps a little
