I would also tell them they are better off with some wet behind the ear agent who knows no better and will listen to your unreasonable expectations of what a realtor should doRemember this is an investing site..

Hey All, I'm trying to get a google voice number setup and I can't get rid of the "please state your name and we will try to connect you" standard message before it rings to my number then plays my custom voice message.I've called from 4 different numbers, half the time it goes directly to my custom message and half the time it plays the automated message then goes to my custom message.  

These guys will be your eyes and ears.

Out of state has it's challenges too, but we have developed a good team of partners on the ground who are our eyes and ears there. 

This information was music to our ears because it means that despite all the stress and financial overages, we are not underwater on our house...and to me that is success!

The other part is setting up local team that will be eyes, ears and sometimes also your brains on the specific real estate business you wanna setup.

But if anyone wants to give me advice i am 100% open ears!
