Look at it differently than others with a bit of a disruption mindset.In my opinion, much like BRRRRing or Flipping, where you can't pay retail in order to make it work...the same is true with mountain/ski area properties.

There is a negative stigma about Airbnb’s that they disrupt neighborhoods because of the frequent turnover of guests and some who party to the late hours of the night, make excessive noise, too many parked cars and trash not properly managed etc.

It seems to me like any disruptions are on the east side of Colorado in the Hale/Mayfair area, not on the west side in Congress Park.

Is this report sufficient or am I better off shelling out the extra $1,000 (and disrupting the existing tenants for a few days and potentially agitating the seller) to have an inspection of my own performed?

However, the things that made me question my future involvement with this unit were possible big expenditures like all the water lines being made of iron (nearing the end of their usable life before cracking on this 1960’s house), a giant tree root running through the center of the crawl space (could disrupt foundation further), or numerous large pine trees either already dead with limbs hanging or leaning over the roof that needs replacing already.
