Impact on Denver neighborhoods around 9th and Colorado Blvd

How has new construction at 9th and Colorado Blvd, Denver, Colorado at the former CU medical center/ University hospital location affected the market for infill development in that neighborhood ?  And more specifically in or around the Congress Park neighborhood which is directly to the West of Colorado Blvd.  It seems like the construction is mainly on the East side of Colorado Blvd. I think that is the Mayfair neighborhood. One would think this would impact the vicinity greatly? Are the neighborhood groups active? What is their stance?
