Typically you need to be at least spec, and then perhaps you may want to go wider to ensure that it can accommodate large moving trucks, turning around, & so forth.

@Bruce Lynn Yes none of them are move in ready but the city also provides a "scope of work" analysis with each property which give a pretty comprehensive list of repairs and code violations that would needed to be fixed before living in the property.

The homes are built well (much nicer than Glen Park in my opinion), the neighbors are wonderful (still one of those places where people know each other) and room for appreciation (Prices are well below Glen Park for reasons that are beyond my comprehension).Honorable Mention: Outer sunset.
