That road led to self-employment.The work is harder, the pay often low for the hours put in, my retirement is not guaranteed, my silent partner (the government) is greedy and corrupt, and the people I work with (tradesmen, etc.) and for (tenants) range from injuriously stupid to outright evil.If I could go back and become a pipe-smoking, tenured, co-ed chasing, leather-elbow-patched college professor I'd certainly be tempted.But alas, here I am griping on BP while my tenured friends contemplate which European country to tour during their three month summer vacation........

There were leaks around the ventilation pipe boots, so we replaced all the boots and the shingles around all the boots.So now the roof looks "patched up".

I just had a meeting with a local Realtor this morning and checked out 4 homes one looks promising asking 72000 it's bank owned the realtor says it might go for 50,000 it's a double wide on about an acre of land built in 1997 it's in a country setting and all the work it needs is some new counters, Carpeting, Paint and some drywall and patches in some areas. wish me luck!

It was actually cracked by a very heavy tenant and patched, but the entire tub appears to have had its strength compromised.
