I would try and avoid being responsible for snow plow on a duplex.

Becoming more and a great choice as far as the snow & ice.

Keep in mind just needing to replace the roof one time within the next 10 years or so could wipe out whatever savings remains in your repair budget after paying for routine maintenance, leaking faucets, landscaping maintenance, snow removal etc...

I'm looking for things like percentage of equity to rent, comparing amortization schedules (2, 5, 10, 15 and 20) with different balloon payments, a breakdown of operating expense responsibilities (e.g. lawn and snow, property taxes) etc.Thanks,Mike

It contains the most important forms: application form, lease, ruels and regulations, lead disclosure, smoke detector and CO2 notice,  pet agreement, non standard rules (lawn and snow etc), 5 day notice and folders.
