Does Buildium allow user defined fields?

Hi, I use Buildium and want to avoid using a spreadsheet to track things like "What keys slots do I use for this property?", "Does this property get lawn care?", "Does the property get snow plowing?".  These are pieces of information I would use to print a list of properties with various selection criteria and sort orders.  Some database products allow you to define fields that you can use for reporting criteria.  Does anyone do this with Buildium?  Are there any other database oriented folks out there that have solved this problem? Thanks.

FYI  - RentManager allows user defined fields.
