A healthcare REIT maybe different than a U-Store It REIT. 

I am currently involved in the healthcare industry and own a successful medical billing company.

Providing health care for those in need has been an honor but it's time now to take care of my financial freedom. 

Especially with where healthcare is going, but even more so for RE investors like you & I.

I'm a serial entrepreneur with a history of successes in everything from demolition and hazardous materials contracting to HazMat consulting, heavy construction, precious metals and rare coins, even healthcare! 

I've been researching and reaching out to see what all I'll need to do, who I'd need to speak with, etc.Excuse my knowledge gap but I was in Healthcare for 14 years so this didn't matter until land and property were handed to me.

Me managing the place is just a part of my leaving healthcare.
