Hello, I am a new member from Miami, FL and I am looking to invest in the highly competitive real estate market of South Florida. I am  fairly new to real estate investing, although I have read a few books and done extensive research, so any advise would be highly appreciated.  I am currently involved in the healthcare industry and own a successful medical billing company. Recently, I've decided to follow my passion for real estate once and for all. My goal is to invest in rental properties and establish enough passive income to sustain myself entirely. If there is anyone here that is somewhat experienced and knowledgeable in this particular market and would like to share some knowledge please let me know. I have also read a lot of the articles in this site and I think they are amazing. I am very eager to learn so please feel free to make any suggestions and give any advice that you think might be valuable.
