Yes, the girls (Ooops, ladies) who know me in another world as a single guy, text me at times, and I might fool with it for a reply, but it costs me ever time I get one of those pesty things.

They said NFW and rented the place a couple of blocks away, where the guy only collected a $500 deposit.About 3 months later the guy 1/2 of the couple moved out, so they moved in another girl, then the single guy hooked up with the new girl and the old girl got PO'd and moved out.

Its just like sitting around a table at a restaurant or bar with some fellow investors and saying " hey guy/girl I was wondering what do you think about this Real Estate situation or deal" and getting different experiences and viewpoints is nice.

Just the little extra 15 minutes of work you hand your managers or maintenance crew can save a little boy or girls brain!
