@Josue Vargas - you had me at "pool": sell.I strongly dislike having pools on my rental properties - too much maintenance.The real answer lies in the question: which investment gives you more returns?

Hi James.Yeah, it would take time to get it up and running, added risk and risk of not the same/higher income.I don't dislike my job, it's just boring, the business would be the same type of work but more of a niche with my personal service.I will think it over, thank you for the input, cheers!

And yes, the reasons I dislike lawyers (not personally, as I know some good ones), is I feel documents that should be simple (2-3 pages) end up being 100 pages.  

During the hearing this attorney was representing another landlord and was talking with the judge at the start of one case and the judge was oozing compliments to that attorney....it was actually very surprising to me to hear that kind of chatter in the court, but i guess it just goes back to the same about small towns and their affinity for 'locals' and how they sometimes dislike outsiders.

I feel a bit troubled asking this because it borders on spying and invasion of privacy issues, which I dislike.

We've only been here 15 months but the strong like or dislike people have for this city is surprising.

I also dislike the months I work 20 hours every weekend on my rentals, and cannot get anyone hired to do any basic work. 

But the more expensive markets, like San Francisco, you make more money because the properties are far more expensive.I always disliked the word flip.
