Not sure what direction is best for you but I can share how I started. 

Check out this site - https://theluxurypergola.com/blogs/louvered-roof-info/hurric...They cover wind resistant pergolas in general but I would make sure whatever you get will be able to stand up to hurricanes that happen there from time to time.

I offered a month’s rent in addition to what was reasonable for loss of use of 7 weeks of garage and 2 weeks of kitchen/bathroom unavailability (adjusted for back rent for unauthorized pet) but no response from tenant other than pursuing legal option unless I share Landlord insurance details.

Average rental rates, vacancies, competition, growth, appreciation, etc..Ive heard of scrolling through Zillow and collecting information by looking at properties for sale/rent but was wondering if there is a site where all of this information is easily accessible or any ideas for better ways to go about it.Thanks in advance!
