Don't get upset yet,instead get a second opinion.Have a non VA appraisal performed to see the differences between them and the data that was used to come up with the new price.If you truly believe the VA appraisal was conducted incorrectly due to using incorrect comparisons,you can use the new appraisal as evidence when you appeal to the VA appraiser and their immediate supervisor.

If the new agent does that though they can waste months of time with nothing to show for it and possibly MISS a realistic buyer that comes along that they could do a transaction with.Newer agents worry about upsetting any lead that comes along.

By friendly I mean one that is used to handling the types of off market deals we engage in and that will not make the seller sign an assignment notice document which in most cases upset the seller and kill the deal if the seller were to find out how much the wholesaler will make off of assigning the contract.

I commented on your other thread.. sounds like in your state there are upset rules... and or redemptions.. foreclosures require big boy and big girl pants.. nothing unethical about trying to upset you .. as long as its legal nothing wrong with it.I know there are some crazy rules in north Carolina when I was contemplating getting set up in charolotte to buy courthouses steps and I waffled and then decided to go to GA.. were there is no upsets.

not sure how Virginia works @Russell Brazil probably knows.. but it sounds like there is a redemption period and you have someone trying to upset you bid.we see this happen sometimes in Orygun NOT often but you will get an investor that will go to the home owner and talk them into redeeming and splitting profits that sort of thing
