Can a default home owner reverse the foreclosure?

I have a situation where I got a foreclosure deal from the trustee sale, then there was a lady trailing me, befriended me, trying to get an information about the undisclosed senior mortgage liens amount. Then the same lady showed up at the occupied home, telling the home owner to sell it to her at the higher price than the trustee sale. Now the default home owner is resisting the foreclosure process, does not allow any appraiser or general contractor to get inside the house. I have already paid the senior mortgage liens and put down my earnest money deposit. What can I do from here?
