Washington (Seattle) Title Company (REI friendly)

Can anyone recommend a real estate investor "friendly" escrow/title company. By friendly I mean one that is used to handling the types of off market deals we engage in and that will not make the seller sign an assignment notice document which in most cases upset the seller and kill the deal if the seller were to find out how much the wholesaler will make off of assigning the contract. Thanks for any recommendations!!!!

@Blake King  Well, I can't speak for Sharon from the podcast but whenever I've done a wholesale transaction I provide complete disclosure and full transparency.

But yes, every state is a little bit different and what might work well in Illinois or Florida might not work very well, or even be legal here in Washington state.
