Why does a person making their own decisions need to be governed by some lobby?

Up to your tolerances which you prefer.I personally would try to make the theater room as "theatery" as possible as that really makes it stand out in the photos. 

If you book an STR in my market, we are talking about a multi room cabin, with a theater space, a private indoor heated pool, a game room, - a full house full of amenities.  

thinking the Mississippi does not have the ocean going fish like the Columbia does I could be wrong on that but I know how strong the Salmon and Steelhead lobbies are. 

Don't get me wrong - the landlord advocacy and lobbying efforts here in NY have been equally ineffective.I'm quite frankly sick of fighting my legislators, who couldn't give a rat's *** about my business or the value I bring to the community.

And as much as it blows following the money will often times identify trends like large corporations with millions in lobbying dollars (like the hotel/hospitality industry) trying to stronger arm municipalities and politicians into imposing silly regulations on small time investors.
