Cutting the trees, fix broken doors, touch up. 

Hi @Brianna Andreola Welcome to BP...I was lucky enough to be born in the Midwest...Deals pretty much grow on trees around here ;) 

I've shaken a few undesirables out of the tree that way before I made a mistake with accepting them. 

If you have trees near the house, you should invest in this service.

Shake every tree and don't skip going to investor meetings and REI meet ups.

Keeping trees trimmed and reduced, maintaining fence, etc.   

Coincidentally, I was trying to get out of the high rent we were paying and Irma decided to put a large tree in the house destroying the kitchen and dining room (we weren't home).

The house next door to my personal home is investor owned, rented and neglected (currently has 2 tarps on the roof from tree coming through).
