Need Advise on multimillion deal
My partner and I have a wholesale deal under contract with 1m profit opportunity, but need a cash buyer. What is the fastest route to go to find a cash buyer in Lafayette Louisiana? I know I can find it through good research and networking but hoping someone could direct me to a quicker source. Thank you all.

If it's a good deal, then you shouldn't have a problem finding a buyer. If you have it under contract, maybe you should get a pro membership and put it on the market place here with specifics.
