I am a college student and wanting to get into real estate investing. 

Of course, I'm dumbing this down but it's focused on the gist here.Now, I planned on going long term buy and hold in a student housing market with SFH around the $100-150k mark.

I sold to one of Scott's students for $23k.

I have a guy on my team that is successfully renting by the room to young professionals, travel nurses, and college students, but that is downtown Indy. 

Being in college, student athlete, and new to the space, capital and time are a struggle to me.

It was glued down to wood subfloor on raised foundationSince 2009 I've leased out the house to groups of 15 people (ministry students, families, etc.) 

My student loans complicate everything with traditional lending. 

Preferred:- other student rental investors - those investing 29205, 29201, 29204, 29033, or 29169 zip codes- flippers or builders- realtors with MFH listings or vacant lots in these areas

My portfolio currently consists of LTRs and I am actively looking to expand it to include more SFH LTRs, and MTRs (potentially student housing).
