Get my own place have a steady income etc...Can anyone with experience in either field share comments?

Since, I do not have a steady income, I would have to consider creative financing, hard money loan, and private money or another way of financing a deal.

I have enjoyed their level of professionalism, due diligence, and proactive steady approach.
