Decision seems to be very arbitrary - SBA office is likely spin a wheel to decide who gets the loan or not.Even more strange is today I received in mail check from US government for stimulus money.  

We will drill down even more closely, just to ensure that we aren't spinning our wheels.

Outside of having money or access to it which it sounds like you have a grasp on, you want to decide on a strategy and then see if the market you have chosen is a good fit for that strategy because if it isn't you will be just spinning your wheels. 

Yup, makes your head spin, huh. 

When my mortgage guy started telling me all the options there were on loans available to me, conventional FHA VA, my head started spinning. 

Even locally, the real estate board can spin the numbers however they want-sales are down, sales are up (depends on time scale-previous month, previous year??)

I’m a wholesaler in the Baltimore area and I’m spinning my wheels trying to figure out how to break into the BRRRR and multi family unit spaces.

I’ve been trying to spin the current recession every which way, and to me it seems like it’s going to continue to accelerate already existing trends.

Don’t set your hopes too high though as it will take a few million invested in blue chip stocks to spin off enough dividends to replace the income from a low six figure salary.

Again, not sure why arguing with a person who is agreeing on the vast majority of points, only disagreeing is I am aware of the major players in MN with holdings that would make your head spin, measuring doors by thousands not hundreds, even tens of thousands.
