I can think of one particular listing that has been sitting forever.

I have a unique opportunity to take a family owned property that normally just sits and turn it into an STR.  

People like to visualize themselves sitting out by the water. 

Not a new house either but sitting on larger lot in Canton about 10 minutes from Woodstock.I have lived in GA all my life and have never seen anything like it for the growth.

Otherwise they will continue to pay yearly taxes and maintenance costs, and not be able to foreclose the property as it will sit here leaking and falling apart and the mold continuing to spread.

If I had been prepared I could have walked away with a steal.So I sit there today for over an hour while property after property slides by with no interest.

We also like to sit down with the current manager and go through everything related to how they are running the park (collecting rent, problem tenants, sales of homes, marketing efforts, recurring maintenance items, problem areas in the park infrastructure, etc)Compliance - this includes everything related to city, county, and state compliance to continue to run the property as a park.

Secondly, they may sit on the market longer to find a suitable tenant.

I am now back, sitting on cash and looking to invest in Pittsburgh first, then surrounding areas.
