On some older properties where perhaps you have one water meter for 2-3-4 units or one gas meter for 2-3-4 units, or units that share hot water, something like that the owner might pay. 

I share an example in my book where five people wanted to rent a 5bed/3bath house (one boyfriend/girlfriend, and three other friends).

We can't risk a client sending an unlicensed or non-qualified contractor into the property as we share liability for that.  

We just started managing 4 tiny homes on 1 lot with a shared pool and they are booking great at a rate commensurate with larger homes.
